Feeling very pleased with myself, just finished week 6, and run for 25 mins. Even though I am on holiday and it was raining!

Have to confess to a practise run on Sunday, but still counting that as a success as I still went out for a run when I was on holiday. My friends think I have been taken over by aliens 👾

Well done, that takes some motivation. I'm just one run behind you and have noticed it's a 25 minute one, so might have to do a practice one like you. Keep up the excellent progress. 😉

Great work, well done!

I'm just about to start W6 and am actually looking forward to the 25 minute run (never thought I would say that!!!).

Keep up the good work :)

Good Job! I felt so much more confident after that run. The rest of the programme is just about increasing in baby steps. So the end is in sight :)
