I finished week 7 on Tuesday having plodded (literally) through the programme. I have now caught the worst cold and cough I have had in years and been unable to get out again (or even out of my pjs for two days now). So disappointed and worried this undoes all my good work 😭

As it states in the guide to the plan, you will lose next to no condition in the first two weeks of non running.
Relax and recover fully before you head out again.

You will get there. It may take an extra few days, or even a week, but who's counting?
