I finished week 7 on Tuesday having plodded (literally) through the programme. I have now caught the worst cold and cough I have had in years and been unable to get out again (or even out of my pjs for two days now). So disappointed and worried this undoes all my good work 😭

As it states in the guide to the plan, you will lose next to no condition in the first two weeks of non running.

Relax and recover fully before you head out again.

There is rather a lot to take in, in the guide, I often dip back in to it. I have got a shocking memory though 🙄😆

Get over your cold and get back out there 🏃🏻‍♀️ Unless it’s been longer than 3 weeks, or your really ill, I’d go onto the next run👍 Hope you feel better soon 😊

I don't see anyone here counting. You counting, diahug ? No? Then no-one's counting. Looks like like you got away with it. Just treat it as an extended rest day. Enjoy your next run when you feel better. 😊
