Morning guys I'm gutted this morning should have been w8r2 but when I was getting into bed last night I felt something crack in my back & terrible pain managed a couple hrs sleep then when I woke up 1.30 to let dogs out omg the pain I couldn't hardly walk so I cancelled my 5.30 alarm & just hope whatever happened puts its self right today ☹️
