Week 7 done and dusted

The weather was lovely, the temperature perfect. It was one of those nice runs. But I might be on Michael's naughty step, I kinda ran a little bit further ( through my 5 minute warm down walk and I totalled 5.02 klms in 29.43.. . I think I'm happy..... But need to complete my week 8 and week 9 runs as that's the plan no scrimping 👍

Well done.........but........we are all capable of doing way more than our bodies are conditioned to do, but not without increasing our injury risk. Sticking to gently progressive training plans is the safest way to push our limits.

Take care.

I totally agree, today was one of those days, feeling well rested with oodles of energy, but it's back to the schedule and 3x 28 minute runs next week
