Week 5 Run 1 Done :-)

I'm starting to love this running thing now. I'm settling into a steady pace, not letting any downhill (more of a slope) get the better of me an holding back to keep a nice steady even rhythm that I'm happy with.

I'm actually looking forward to Run 3 now :-) I feel like that will be almost as much of an accomplishment as Graduating because it's the first actual run if you know what I mean.

Onwards and well, onwards!

Bri.

You'll be fine in Run 3 if you run as you describe. You've had lots of miles in you to this point. Really look forward to it and embrace it. It's absolutely fine.
