I finished run 1 week 5, an made the mistake again of looking ahead run 2 & 3, I struggled with run 1, shall I do run 1 again before moving on, the thought of running 8 mins when I struggled for 5 mins I'm not looking forward to it, dont want to move on and then end up walking. How come u get a 20 min run so early on, when the next are short πŸ€”.

Well done.So to answer your question, where in an eight week training plan designed to get you running for thirty minutes, would you put the first twenty minute run?

You are making the mistake that that most people make when they see W5, which is why I wrote this breakdown healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

You can do this if you just believe in yourself, trust the plan and go nice and slow.

You will be grinning like a loon in a few days time.

Well before the 25min run, is my answer lol! I know I told myself off for looking, whilst recovering from week5 day 1, then having a bit of a panic about it, yes u right I hopefully will be grinning like a loon afterwards, just got to remind myself how I was on day 1. Thanks 😊

Well done for completing W5R1! Trust the plan! If you managed 5 min, you will manage 8 and 20 after and you will be amazed.
