I am really feeling the benefit of this programme. Three runs to go, the last of which will be my first park run. I am hoping I will make 5k on that run. I am enjoying it so much I have entered the Bristol 10k in May. Who would have thought I would start running at 64.

Great effort and what a great graduation run. I did a 5k race as my 1st consolidation run - amazing to run with so many people. Enjoy last week of the plan

Nearly there! Well done. Have a good week and enjoy your first Parkrun. You will certainly do the 5K there, as it’s fine to include your warm-up walk and/or to walk the end bit if you’re not at the finish after 30 minutes. Have fun. 🎉
