I have now completed three consecutive 28 minutes runs, actually I run 29 minutes today just for my own personal goal.
This might sound silly but I wondered if anyone wanted to share their distance with me as I am running just under 8 minutes per K. This means that even when I have completed week 9 I still won’t have completed 5k! This is fine coz I will continue til I can then move on to B210k.
I am far off everyone else??? Am I really slow?
I would love to have some feedback 😀

Many here run their first 5k in over 40 minutes, no worries needed there! You’re doing the job really well, work on speed if you want to after the 5k, but as you plan to go to 10k that in itself will speed your 5k up if you go with ju-ju’s plan. Hope this helps
Week 8 is great isn't it. I'm also doing w9 next week. I guess we're all different shapes and sizes - my little legs do about 8kph and a bit faster near the end. I think that means average 7.5 minutes per K and when I do my inaugural park run next Saturday at the end of w9 I hope to complete 5k on about 38 minutes. Enjoy w9!!
Hi Ready. I found running to time rather than distance took off the pressure. I didn’t complete 5k in 30mins to graduate either. I was just glad I completed the run. I suppose we can all have different goals. Wishing you well for your last week of C25K your doing fab👍🏻
I've one run left on week 8 averaging about 10.40 minutes per mile which I think is between 6 to 7 minutes per km.
I'm not going to make 5k in 30 minutes next week but I can live with that. My aim is to post consistent runs with even pace and I'll just have to build up to the 5k from there at a rough guess 5k will probably be about 35 minutes.
