Week 8 Complete !
Absolutely fantastic! You are a real runner they were just a bit faster that's all!
Very well done.
Your lovely three runs to the podium.
Relax ,Start positive, Stay positive and enjoy.πππ
Thank you...cant believe I've nearly done it π
Yes and after your celebrations the pleasure and enjoyment continue.
Run because we can.πππ
Love that saying ...Run because we can ππ
Yes Myrar, we were born to run.Running with a good form and kissing the ground gently is kinder on our bodies than brisk walking.
We spend our lives walking and still we expect that we can build our running bodies and running brains in a very short period.
Yes run because we can,and give yourself the pleasure and joy that running will give you.
I am a novice runner just started this year in my 75th, best ever decision of my entire fitness life.
Enjoy your happy running journey.πππ
Three things. 1 as stated you are a runner. 2 if you had to do another two mins you would of done it!!! 3 You are one of my nearest runners, looked at local runners earlier then saw your post xx
You are a proper runner!!
Well done you ...Podium is waiting on you ..All the best ππ
Well done. Remember W9 is only 60 seconds more each half of the run!
You are on the homeward stretch now dawnie. 2 mins is nothing to you now . Enjoy W9! π
Congratulations on completing your penultimate week Dawnie, only three sessions left!
I can understand feeling entitely spent at the end of a run, I suppose it shows that you paced yourself perfectly?
Never lose sight of everything you have accomplished. Each session completed is a milestone and each week is a major milestone.
Good luck in your final week.
Well done Dawnie, it is incredible how far weβve come, isnβt it? (and I am speaking as another overweight 60 year old!). I also think we underestimate the effect of the weather - the recent hot and humid weather has made running very difficult (and sweaty!) I think. So well done again for completing it.
