Did my first Parkrun yesterday since I graduated (but no badge yet 🥺) and it was a real eye opener. Finished it without stopping to walk in 39:22. Three and a half laps of the local park, one stretch of the lap is a 51m incline!! I hadn’t managed to run 5k in the 30 minutes during C25K but at least now I know what 5k takes time wise. There’s a flat Parkrun about 6 miles from me which I may do next week and see if I can better my time. It’s definitely a great way to consolidate after finishing W9 and I met some really nice people on my way round.

Congratulations on completing your first 5k Parkrun, time was OK, your badge is there, it is the word GRADUATE 🎓 which is next to your username 😊 🏃 🎓 🏃.
Snap! I did my first parkrun yesterday in 42.07 which I am very pleased with as I had not reached the 5k in my C25K. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and they were a great crowd and really encouraging.
