This week I celebrate 7 years since beginning C25K so this afternoon I run run 1 of week 1 as part of a 5K run, it was Steve Cram not Laura who was the coach, there are 8/60 second runs and 7/90 second walking breaks, however, after Steve told me to stop running after the 8th one minute run I just kept running until I completed the 5K, I thought my time with those walking breaks would be plus 40 minute but I completed the run in 37.44, that run brought back memories of the first time I ran it.

I remember when you first started - but you kept on running whilst I flaked. Such a great reminder of how being a 'sticky' runner makes you a good runner. Well done on a glorious runniversary
Thanks Jan, a "sticky" runner, that's a new one to me, at that time I wasn't sure if I would complete the course, it was only after I completed run 3 of of week 3 I started to report my runs on this forum, I was fairly confident that I would complete the C25K course, of course run 3 of week 5 made me worry a bit, after that I ran all the runs and graduated on 18th June 2018..
