So i did my first parkrun yesterday. Since graduation i've run 3 times a week, but not got a 5k in, and most if my runs have been on the treadmill. I bit the bullet and did oarkrun yesterday in a respectable time for me of 36:34! Very chuffed and got the parkrun bug now!

Great job. That’s a very good time too. Parkrun is such a wonderful thing, I’m looking forward to running one soon.

Cool... I love marshalling them, I’ve been doing that since I decided to do this plan. Gonna be strange not wearing high viz on a Saturday morning! Enjoy your next one.
