Wow, that was hard. I’m hoping I’ll be able to push on for another 2 mins next week for the 30 min runs. My tank feels empty at the moment 🙈

Well done you...up your rest day exercises now.. it is important to keep the rest of the body up with the legs:)

Make sure your hydration is still good, every day and then head out, steady and slow. Relax now as you head to that podium!

I’m working on the hydration making a conscious effort to up my water.

Was wondering what’s good to do on non running days?

I’m just doing my 3 runs at the moment, daily dog walks and running after a 6 yr and 2 yr old.

Was thinking a body coach 20min hiit 2 times a week? I find it hard to train on the days I work as I’m a nurse and work 12hr shifts x

I think you're getting a fair old workout as it stands.

Phew...awesome mama..brilliant job and such hard work...and dog walking..!

So...maybe some yoga for runners..Adrienne on YouTube...specifically for runners and would maybe, be something you could fit in somewhere..and calming too.You need calm exercise🙂

Hydration yes...especially with all your doing...

Go you..Wow! I am full of admiration !

Yoga..... thank you that’s a fab idea! I’ve only ever done pregnancy yoga but found it good.

My life’s crazy but I don’t think I’d have it any other way 🤣 it was lovely to sneak out for a peaceful run this morning and be home before all the lazy men surfaced 🤣

C25k has given me back some me time.... and I’m eternally grateful for that x
