I have just completed my 3rd run of week 8 and found it much better than my last run. The weather wasn't great.. strong cross winds from the sea again and got ear ache but at least it wasn't raining. The legs were heavy for the first five minutes..it probably doesn't help that there is an incline at the beginning of my run but after getting to the halfway mark of 14 minutes I was really starting to enjoy it. I logged 3.4 km in 28 minutes. I can't believe I'm on week 9 next run. I'm loving c25k!
