Painful first post graduation run

So I’m heading back to the doctors with my knee. Having graduated on Wednesday I went to see the doctor. Well I actually saw the advanced nurse, she said carry on with ibuprofen and exercise. So last night I did a 20 minute, and it was 2am when my knee settled down. I’ve ordered a knee slip on support, I have got tape, but not using as rubbing in stuff. My massage therapist friend thinks I have a bursitis 🙁. Gutted as love my new found hobby.

Have you thought about seeing a sports physio? It might cost bit but they might be able to confirm the diagnosis and offer some exercises to help you recover.
