Tried C25K twice before but due to injury then illness only got to wk 6 or 8. Finally had a 'run' of better luck and graduated! Still not hitting full 5k in 30 mins, but really pleased I can actually run for 30+ mins.

Keeping up the 30 mins runs every 2-3 days and seeing if I can increase my pace steadily. Would love to get 5k in 30 mins. Having big operation on 17th October but this fitness will help with a speedy recovery and then I' plan to get right back to training again😉

Well done you! I won't make the 5k in 30 mins either but running for 30 mins is brilliant 😊
