Wow!!! What amazing weather!!!! Did park run on Saturday and was going to use heat as excuse not to run this week 😈. However persuaded myself to run in the relative cool at 8:00 in shade but couldn’t do more than 3k. Pace better though. Now where’s the paddling pool! 😊🤯
