I was a complete non runner at the start of this process, never thought I'd get this far, let alone run a full 25 minutes, which I've now done three times so far. Last year I was 7 1/2 stone heavier, but managed to get my act together in the food department and now with the gym and running I'm feeling a bit fitter.
I am currently running on a treadmill which I find easier as I set a steady and constant pace and avoid sunstroke in the process! I'm now starting to believe I can do this to the end. Good luck to everyone at whatever point you are at, we can really do this!

Well done it’s a really long run!! Totally amazing weight loss you must be so pleased and so mentally strong to achieve that. I think the treadmill is the way in this heat- I’m certainly not going out in this heat however much I want to run!! I think the app is so brilliant the steps really are challenging but achievable. Keep going and enjoy your fantastic success 🌟🌟🏆
