Wow I’ve got this far! First time in the program that I really didn’t want to run this morning, didn’t help I hardly slept 😌💤
I purposely started slow and it showed at my half way point, I didn’t get the the road I did on Wednesday. Strangely, on the way back I had to walk past the house to complete the cool down walk, I didn’t think I sped up (apart from last 60 seconds). Now I don’t feel like I’ve just run for 25 minutes, although my feet ache lol. Happy running people! 🏃♀️ 🏃♂️
