Tried to focus on breathing but little thoughts coming into my head saying " is that an ache in my calf", " ankle" or "back"!!! Any tips of how to change mindset would bw mkst welcome... Well done you.... relax and just take it gently,,, Try not overthinking, but focus on just one aspect of your running...relaxing your shoulders and arms, for example.... shaking the arms out, dropping your shoulders. Take everything in as you run and before you know it, the run is completed.. :) As the runs get longer, you can really begin to relax and notice everything around you... maybe log your runs too :)

Well done for getting out there and getting it done! Some runs you just don't feel it, but you get it done anyway, other runs are wonderful, that's just how it is. The fact that you kept going is brilliant.

Just keep on keeping on, you're doing so well!
