Week one run one!

I DID IT! I ran for the first time ever! It was hard and now my legs are wobbly, but I did it! The thought of running in front of people terrified me for some reason but I conquered my fear 😊 and I couldn’t be happier! Who else after the first run felt great but felt how can I run any longer than a minute at a time? Or is that just me?

Great job, the journey of a thousand miles starts with but 1 step! As Comfortnotspeed points out you will adapt, your cardiovascular system will become more efficient & your muscles will repair themselves & be even stronger! (given enough rest & good nutrition between sessions) :)

Oh & if you do falter along the way don't worry or treat it as a failure just regroup & come back stronger!
