Interesting week! Started with being told the runs would change. All the way through my 3x5mins I wanted to know what was next. The answer came on weds with 2x8mins! Stupidly hot runs but all done and looking at a 20min run with interest and not fear. Then went out and did 27000 steps on a rest day! Got home sat down stood up and my knee went ahhhhhhhh!!. Twisted knee but no swelling 20min run put back a day and I stood in the cold sea for 15mins. This morning I did it 20mins of running comfortable and complete! The best feeling

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran. 😊 🏃
Wow, that was some walk you did yesterday, 27,000 steps, that must be about 13 miles.

Well done on your milestone run. I loved that run, after being daunted by it at first. I got caught out by the run after as Almorr says but intervals annoy me even now lol. I am really envious of the sea! Great natural remedy.
