Well done! It's a huge milestone, isn't it! One of those things that seems impossible before you start C25K. You're well on the way now xxxx

That's brilliant well done. Slow and easy is the key and you've cracked it. You'll complete the course and just keep on running !

I am doing this run tomorrow and already mentally trying to motivate myself - definitely mind over matter!

Hi

Before my run I just kept thinking I can do this. Laura who I’m listening to broke it down into 5 minute chunks.

I focused on my music and set a pace that I could maintain.

I was desperate to run fast but didn’t as I knew I would not be able to maintain my pace and possibly not complete the run.

So my advice is set a steady pace. Go slow and easy. At the end if you feel you could run more quicken your pace but not at the expense of not achieving your run.

Best of luck

Thanks I will bear that in mind - the temptation is to race off but I need to reign myself in . Looking forward to it in a weird way!
