I just completed the 20min run and I'm so proud of myself never thought in a million years I could do that, dont get me wrong the last 2 minutes was a real struggle but I kept going!!! This app is amazing ๐Ÿ˜Š

Be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, take it especially slowly. ๐Ÿ˜Š
