Well we made it...i have never run before and have been struggling all the way through the last 4 weeks. When we saw the 20min run for today we nearly caved in and quit - thinking no way! But myself and hubby started off this morning and we completed it. A massive high 5. Im very slow but I will hopefully speed up later. We are 57 and 62.

Congratulations to you and your husband on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, its nice to find a husband and wife doing C25K together, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ๐
