I have felt ropey all day but I went out for this run. Normally I feel a bit off for 10 mins but this time it lasted all the way through. Endorphins did not kick in at all. I was due a bad one as I have been having a run if you excuse the pun of good runs. Positive was I did not realise the runs were 8mins so when I heard I had run for 8 mins the first time I realised I only had to do one more run π

Well done.... running the 20mins is going to be great for you and 4.3k is great, I am only covering that in my 28 minutes lol
No 4.3km in the whole time which was 31 mins. You are still the champ π

It's hard when you're feeling a bit off...when you're not too poorly to run so you just have to get on with it regardless!
