Hello all, nothing drastic to report, Wk3r1 completed today.. yay! I should really be on run 2 by now but decided to take an extra day break in between for the last 2 runs as my legs were as stiff as a board. The second 3 minute run was a challenge, but i took the advice on here to just slow down and made it to the end. So, happy i can do the other 2 runs... roll on week 4

Thanks all.. i'm just pleased that i'm still keen on getting through the course. Generally i'll start some sort of fitness work and after a week or so lose interest.. so all your words of support not just directed at me, but on all the other posts (i try to read most of them) are helping to keep me focused.
