All done!! The first 3 minute run, I could have so easily given up Not sure why I felt like that. A good, steady pace yet the willpower was being used to the max. But, I kept going and the second 3-minute run posed no problem. So weird. If the gremlins continue to do their worst, bring them on. I ain't no quitter.

We’re now at the same point because I’ve just been to an osteopath this evening to get my shoulder muscles unknotted and she told me not to run tonight. So I’ll have to do run 2 tomorrow.
I also found my second 3 minute run easier than the first.
My next one is on Wednesday
