So I'm staying at my partners this weekend and running on a route id not done before but found the run alright, I thought I'd struggle with the 3 minutes but just got the 'you can do this' mantra going in my head and I was fine 😁😁

I've now been sugar free for 11 days and realised after many years of headaches and migraines that it looks like it's the sugar! ☹️

I'm a chocoholic and living for 11 days without sweet stuff is so hard, I reckon if I can get to 3 weeks then I won't be craving it so much!!

The runs are definitely helping though 😁

Here's to Tuesday 😁😁

I can't eat chocolate because of migraines so taken out of my hands!

Well done you I am a chocoholic too and couldn't imagine doing what you are, especially as you are taking on the running challenge at the same time. What a great achievement. Happy running in W3 and beyond

Snap, I just did the same run. I really geared up for some suffering before the 3 minute run, but was surprised that I was able to do the whole thing without getting too out of breath!

In fairness, I was taking it so slow that a walker overtook me...
