So I'm staying at my partners this weekend and running on a route id not done before but found the run alright, I thought I'd struggle with the 3 minutes but just got the 'you can do this' mantra going in my head and I was fine ππ
I've now been sugar free for 11 days and realised after many years of headaches and migraines that it looks like it's the sugar! βΉοΈ
I'm a chocoholic and living for 11 days without sweet stuff is so hard, I reckon if I can get to 3 weeks then I won't be craving it so much!!
The runs are definitely helping though π
