Well I lay in bed and debated with myself about this one. Aching legs needed a 2 day rest, I found 90 seconds hard so not ready for 3 mins etc. Then I decided to do it and if I fell flat on my face or puked then I would do week 2 again.
Well I did it and I didn't fall/ collapse/die. It was not easy but it was not as terrible as my mind had told me it would be.
Wish I had an off switch for those negative thoughts. Feel great now, if I can do it once, I can surely do it twice more.
Well done ! I ran this today too and am beginning to realise that I need to work on my mindset. I really didn't think I could do this today but had a go and completed my best "run" yet. Will be looking to see how you get on with W3R2
