Your mind is driving you nicely through the steps up... thatās great. The body may be just about coping... thatās also great, itās being pushed, that will make you stronger sooner. Thereās no negative to be seen. Run 2 will probably seem easier, but it may present you with a battle, but what it wonāt do is defeat you, youāre too strong now, you donāt quit any more. Good job.
Me too! I did my first wk3 run today and it was hard. Really really wanted to stop and like you and just hoping that it gets a bit easier. Congrats for hanging on in there.

Well, it appears I can run for 3 minutes without dying - in fact without too much trouble physically
