Wow that was hard work, but managed not to stop during any of the runs, hoping run 2 is a bit easier 😳

Your mind is driving you nicely through the steps up... that’s great. The body may be just about coping... that’s also great, it’s being pushed, that will make you stronger sooner. There’s no negative to be seen. Run 2 will probably seem easier, but it may present you with a battle, but what it won’t do is defeat you, you’re too strong now, you don’t quit any more. Good job.

Me too! I did my first wk3 run today and it was hard. Really really wanted to stop and like you and just hoping that it gets a bit easier. Congrats for hanging on in there.
