Not what I wanted to do having just finished wk2 yesterday but going away at weekend means I've had to juggle my runs about Anyway I found jogging 3 mins good.... actually preferred it to the run/walks of was 1&2. Think it's cause I got into my stride better. Also finding that after completing every segment of all the weeks I felt as if I could go on and do more. Getting there 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️😊

I agree. Just finished stretching after W3R1 and likewise I feel that fewer longer runs suit me better. Not saying the last 3 minutes were easy but definitely overall better for me.

Well done and good to hear this, I have wk2 r2 tonight wish me luck I'm feeling a bit tired today :(

Slow and steady, it’s the only way. Speed and distance can be worked on once you graduate, until then inner snail. 🐌🐌 😊
