Last run of week 2 best laid plans and all that the only time my sax π· tutor could fit me in was 9am so off i went then to collect someone from college then an hour later to take someone to drama so we decided to drop him at drama and go run along the seafront, the breeze was breezy so we ran into the wind and found it way harder than our sheltered track. I was running on empty, itβs one thing to run before breakfast at 9am but another to run before breakfast at gone 1 pm . we were a bit slower today but did it so roll on Wednesday and the joys of week 3
Oh and a tip, running along the sea front are people who look like they are out for a gentle jog who whizz past us , dog walkers scooters wheelchairs and a bike was a bit of a distraction
I wonder if we will ever be those toned and tanned runners on the sea front

Busy day there Sola56! Presumably your sax playing will give you more puff for running! As for all those folk on the seafront- We promenade shufflers laugh in the face of all of them! Happy seaside running!
Well done for finishing the run! If you managed it after a busy and starved morning, it can only get easier next time before breakfast (at breakfast time)π
Sometimes life just gets in the way and you have to adapt your plans, well done for getting out there anyway, next one will be easier. What a beautiful place to run, quite envious of that view for running along to.
