It's taken a little longer than I intended but week two is finally over.
Finally out of my jeans and trainers that are falling apart so I'm starting to look a little more runner-like. Not enough to want to be seen in daylight dressed like this mind, so I'll keep to running under the cover of darkness for now. (To be honest, while in running I don't care what I look like, but I am very self conscious of what people think when I'm doing the walking bits)
Anyway, here's to next week's 3minute run, BRING IT ON!

No need to be self conscious............anyone who makes a judgement, about someone in running gear who is walking, obviously knows very little about running. So why would you care?
I think you are always more self conscious about your self them what other people think. I've just finished week 2 tonight too and stayed to run at dusk...I'm slowly allowing day light rubbing into my life 🤣😂🤣 well done on your runs, time to go to a sports shop. you might feel more comfy in running gear
You'll soon be running without breaks, then you can run proud! Though to be honest no-one takes any notice of us, running or walking (strange how lurid lycra makes you invisible!)
