This morning I ran my first 5 miles as I'm working towards the 10K. I have done this myself...to bridge to 10K what is the best way? I've not used an app but would this benefit me? It was take me back a step will it? Thank you

Thank you I haven't read anything I've kind of just worked up to this myself but would definitely benefit from some guidance, thank you so much.

Congratulations on the big 5! That’s 8k so you could drop onto the above linked plan at that stage instead of week 1.
