Hey. I remember my first run like yesterday. I was so unfit. All my face was red and was out of breath. I can remember it being really hard.
Well done for getting the hard part out of the way. Week 1 run 1 really was the toughest for me. It gets easier from now on, although it is still tough ๐
It will get better so fast you'll amaze yourself. Well done on the hardest run of the program, that first 60 seconds is a killer!

Well done on getting started. I'm about to start week 9 and every week I finish going "can't believe I done that" because I can still remember how hard I found week 1.

Well done you done the hardest bit by starting C25K.Seems like yesterday I started Wk1on Monday we start Wk9R1 never thought i run 30mins. Keep the faith mate and keep at it.
