Week 1 - Run 1

Just completed my first ‘run’. I use the term run loosely as it was more of a very slow jog and the running parts but I’m really pleased with myself!! Didn’t think I would stick with it but I did so.... GO ME!

Well done - I did my first run today as well. It was tough!

Well done and congrats on finishing your first run! It was tough but I’m looking forward to increasing the length of the runs.

Slow jog is all it needs. I'm attempting my final week 6 slow jog today...

Well done! I’m looking forward to being that far along. I’m hoping that by the Summer I have a much better endurance.

It's taken me a bit by surprise. I did Week 1 and 2 of the Week 2 runs back in June last year, and then got knocked sideways by some severe tendinitis (old rugby injury). Picked it back up in March and here I am.

I'm sure you'll get plenty of support on here.

Congratulations!! Be very proud of yourself - I've just started week 3 and am horribly slow but the point is that you're doing it. Keep going 💪

Slow jog is the only way to go - and then slow down some more! Enjoy the plan!
