I did my first run yesterday. Itβs not ideal to do it at Centre Parcs, Whinfell Forest - the runs seemed to be on the hills!!
But I did manage it and am looking forward to run no 2 tomorrow π

Fantastic, great start ππ»π
Congratulations on completing run 1, of week 1 of C25K, I hope you enjoy your running journey, remember to take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish, drink plenty of water the day before you run and also the same day to prevent dehydration, never run on consecutive days, good luck, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 1, if it's all hills, you could try and find a flatter route.
Yay... well done on getting going!
Embrace the hills, they make us stronger runners!
Enjoy your rest day and then let us know how you get on with week 1 run 2

Congratulations on starting the plan! Hope you have a great holiday
Well done π Getting a bit of hill work into your workout is never a bad thing πͺπΌ
Ah but the carrot of maybe seeing a red squirrel!
Great start. Keep at it, it will go in a flash.
Whinfell is very hilly. Maybe the road towards the car park past the playground?
Well done ππΌ
