it took so much to get out the door - I downloaded the mp3 the night before ready in my phone - all I had to do, was do it!

Run 1 - I did it! it was tough but can't wait for the next run.

So proud of myself!

Ooh you've done it now Jamseeboy ... You'll be addicted in no time! The hardest bit, as you said is actually getting yourself out the door and you've done that. You've done the first run and now you have all of us ready and waiting to cheer you on... all the way to the finish :)

W1D1 - the toughest run of them all in so many ways. :) Well done and keep it up :)

It's the getting out of the door but that is the hardest thing you will do. Keep at it! The support here is just great!

I found Week 1 the hardest, especially the first run - I felt sick and thought I was going to pass out! But just keep going. Round about week 4 you will notice an improvement in your level of fitness and that will really spur you on. Having good music to listen to makes a huge difference too. You're doing great - just keep doing what you're doing!
