Hi everyoneSorry I have been so quiet. Lots of personal stuff the last 2 years. Particularly the last year. Am back on it. Wk 7 run 2 done and I can feel my fitness improve each week. Mental battle is very real some days but I am pushing through. How are all of you? Hope all well and fit.

Fantastic to hear about your progress, if you're on week 7 you're nearly there. With the weather improving and the days lengthening there are so many good reasons to get out and run.
