So, today was W1R1. It was a killer but I did it. Such a long way to go - and I CAN NOT imagine running for 30 minutes solid - but I'm just gonna take it one run at a time

Do take time to read Truffe's guide, theres a lot of information there and I didn't realise how much there is to running safely and building up slowly. Took me a few days to read through and digest.
Im on week 3 so fairly new too.
