Been meaning to do this for some time. Well today I did my first run and it wasn't too bad. Feeling chuffed with myself. Just hope I can keep it up.

Of course you can keep it up. The hardest part is making the initial decision to start. Keep us posted on your progress and well done for starting this amazing programme

Oh yes Jack you will keep it up. Every week may appear a challenge but you just do it and wonder what all the fuss was all about

Look forward to seeing your graduation post Jack :) Just keep at it, you'll get there. Am in week 8 now and very glad I finally got started on it. I kept putting it off too and wish now I had got started sooner

Well done! I'm just a little bit ahead of you - completed run 1 of week 2 yesterday. It's tough, but well worth the effort.

If u follow the programme, you really can. I struggled to keep running for 3 minutes but have now graduated and have run for 1 HR 10 mins when I did 10k yesterday. I have never been active, I am overweight and 52, so if I can, so can you, trust Laura!

Week 1 is the biggest hurdle but once you've decided to do this, and reading fellow C25Kers on here, you'll manage fine. Everyone on here is really helpful and makes sure you're not on your own.

Having got the first day of week 1 out of the way! only 26 more challenges before graduation. That sounds do-able.
