Second Run in Week 1

I’m on week 2 and it does get a bit easier in my opinion!

It really does get easier. I’m still amazed that I’ve gone from zero run ability to being able to do 6.5k. Follow the programme as it is so well devised.
Well done you for getting out there 👍🏻. Just hang on in there and it will get easier... honest😊. Go Slooooow there is no hurry with this and it really will make things easier for you. Also do some dynamic stretching before you start and lots of static stretching when you end..... foam roller is a good idea too. Wishing you Good luck on your c25k journey 🏃🏼♀️😊

Not the first person to think that they were going to die on the first run, but nevertheless you have persevered and well done, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 1

Welcome and well done for getting started! That's the hardest part over.
I ached for about the first 4 weeks (and I have a whole new set of aches now!). But it's soooooo worth it.
All the very best with your journey.
