Well that was the third run done and I made a definite improvement tackling the hills. Made it half way up the really big steep one before giving up half way through the run and then almost to the top of the second one on my very last run of the set. Today is the first day I feel pleased with myself as I can see am improvement 😁 Thank you all for your encouragement, you have no idea how much it contributed to me getting back out there πŸ‘(well you probably do πŸ˜‰)

Thanks 😁 I think I am going to do week 1 one more time to try and get up the hills as they aren't going anywhere and I think it is better to manage to get up them at least once on the first part of the programme so they don't just constantly beat me πŸ˜‰

Cracking mentality, I'll admit to avoiding them whenever possible, then 1st parkrun it was there looming Infront of me eeeeeeeek up it I went Tanya πŸ™ƒ but I'm finding now they're ok and definitely easier up than down

Tackling hills already, very impressive.

Well done to you 😊

Brilliant Tanya, especially given the hills on your route!!. I’ve just finished week 1 myself (on a very flat route) so hopefully we’ll both graduate at the same time.

Well done and keep it goingπŸ‘πŸ‘

Wow that is amazing tackling hills in week 1! I do everything possible to avoid them. It will make it harder but you will certainly be all the stronger for it. Good luck and keep posting!

Great job... improvement being noticeable already means your fitness is rising sharply... those nasty hills will only help!
