So here I am making my 3rd attempt to run for 30mins. I tried 2 years ago when I turned 50 but injured my knee and then ran out of enthusiasm. I started again in January this year but I was also having some radiotherapy treatment at the same time and the fatigue stopped me after W3R1 (running 3mins felt like I was running a marathon). Now that the treatment is behind me I have started again. Bit nervous as my next run will be where I fell at the hurdle the last time. I really want to do a Parkrun this year but it feels a long way away right now.

This is my second go. A chest infection thwarted me two years ago but I’m 2/3 of the way through now you can do it x
