Just finished my very first run n have to say I feel great! I really didn’t expect that I’d finish it as on the second time running my chest felt like it would burst. Then I remembered the thing I read about breathing n the other thing I read about taking it slow n that made things soooo much better! Really enjoyed it n looking forward to going again 😁😁😁

I've just got in from run 3 week 1 and feel great. Just posted as i do feel fitter already - may all be in my head but found run 3 much easier. Run 2 was harder than 1 for me. Well done for completing - makes you feel great 😁😁😁
