I’ve read lots of posts about how this run catches people out. I can understand it as when I set out on W5R3 I set out really slowly, knowing I had to keep going for 20 minutes. Y try idata, first run was just 5 minutes. I set out too quickly but soon remembered those posts about this run so slowed down a bit. The rest went well and overall my pace was really good for me. I completed 5k in 43 minutes and that included the walk back up the steep hill. I really feel as if I’m getting there!

🍏👏 You are really doing incredibly well managing 5K already and in that time. You are going to love the longer runs as they come up. You are so ready for it!!

Well done! I did that run yesterday and it did feel a bit 'bitty' after last week's 20 minute run. Anyway, onwards and upwards!
