First of all I'd like to thank everyone for the comments on my previous post. You guys are so encouraging.
I downloaded the podcast for the Couch to 5K + and used 'stepping stones'. My pace increased and I had a really good run. I think I'm going to do this for a few weeks. I really felt like I was running rather than jogging. Laura is really good at keeping one on track.

I've just started the plus podcasts and have found them to be great. I'm a bit gutted I didn't choose Laura for the couch to 5k coach as I'm absolutely loving her on these! Im also finding running to the beats per minute a real help. Have you tried the speed and stamina one? I was dreading the stamina one and thought I would not be able to do it but I managed it the other night, again by concentrating to the beats per minute I managed to get into my stride quicker and it was over before I knew it! Good luck with your post graduation runs just keep thinking about how far you've came from week !! 👌
Yep the stepping stones is the milder, then the speed then the stamina in my opinion. Enjoy the stepping stone one and then you'll surprise yourself with the other 2 Good luck!!

Great to hear they are good, I'm consolidating on 30mins and the odd 5+k at the moment but definitely going to give these a go in a few weeks time. Something new to look forward to.👍
