I just wanted to say I am loving this podcast. I only managed to complete it for the first time today (3rd attempt) as I'm not good at calculating a route I can run in the dark! After being thoroughly disheartened after my failed parkrun I wanted to make sure I could do it before I tried again! Going to do this one for another week then move on to Speed.

Couch to 5K+ Stepping Stone
Good to know about this, thanks! I've got 4 weeks of the 5k programme yet to do, but I'm already thinking about making sure I progress afterwards still.
I've given it a try once but I'm now too used to my own music to go back! Tried that then tried speed and then for whatever reason just started using bluefin and my own music, finding it slightly more flexible!
Glad it is working for you!
I'm flitting between lots at the mo, Stepping Stone, Zombies, Audiofuel and I've just downloaded RockMyRun! Enjoying them all so far, although Audiofuel is good for keeping you in a rhythm. Very similar to Stepping Stone.
I tried stepping stone but I found myself counting 1, 2, 3, 4 the whole way in my head and it drove me crazy!
I'm now following the Bupa half marathon training plan and using Zombies, Run! for a bit of fun.
About zombies run, I love the idea of that but do you have to keep an eye on the screen to see their position?
I don't think I could do that while running the streets in the dark and still be aware of my footfall, obstacles and traffic too.
Hi Hezzabelle. You don't need to watch the screen during the run. The "narrators" if I can call them that, tell you when you are near zombies and if you have the interval training switched on, there's an audible signal that tells you when to speed up to outrun the zoms. I switched if off as I could never outrun them. I only seem to be able to run at one speed and that's plod!
When you've finished your run, you can then use the parts you've collected (again, they are automatically added) to build-up your township.
