I do like Stepping Stones. The only set back is finding 160 beats is much better for me than 150 beats, so I do find it hard to stick to the 150

I didn't like Stepping Stones. The set pace was unnaturally slow. I tend to take small quick steps so I couldn't stick to it! So I'll try 'Speed' on Wednesday.
